Panabo Davao Del Norte—Suspected New People’s Army hit men shot and killed a civilian in Panabo City, Davao Del Norte early Monday in what appeared to be a case of mistaken identity.

In a text message to reporters, Simon Santiago, NPA spokesman in southern Mindanao, said rebels under the Paking Guimbaolibot Red City Partisan Brigade executed a Sergeant Romeo Marcos alias Adan Sulao of the Military Intelligence Battalion at 5:30 a.m. at the vicinity of Panabo City National High School in the village of New Visayas.

A certain Adan Sulao was among the 11 soldiers the communist movement implicated in the March 2008 abduction, torture, and murder of Rebelyn Pitao, daughter of the guerrillas’ Pulang Bagani Company (PBC) 1 commander, Leoncio Pitao alias Commander Parago.

But according to the Panabo city police, a civilian, not a soldier, was in fact killed by motorcycle-riding gunmen near the city high school.

Inspector Rene Alampay, Panabo police chief investigator, identified the victim as Fernando Timbal, 48, who worked as a driver for an executive of the Land Bank of the Philippines in the tagum city

“(The victim) was on his way to fetch his boss who lives in Davao City when he was gunned down,” Alampay told adding that Timbal was driving his employer’s Toyota Hilux with a relative who had hitched a ride when blocked and then shot by the assailants.

The victim sustained 12 gunshots that kills him instantly while relative also sustained “grazing wounds” from bullets of an 45 cal. and treated at a local hospital, the police official said.

“According to his wife, the victim has no known enemies and was a good man. So we are still clueless as to the motive of the killing,” Alampay said. “We’re still investigating.”

while the ka simon said that they will be investigating the incedent why thier agents mistakenly kill the wrong target. also that they would pull out the the unit in tagum and replace for other one . and the millitant groups has been silent for the mistakes of thier armed wing

these are the indications that the millitant groups and the NPA are one and they only belive that armed revolution is a way to change and it causes the life of inocent civilians,even there own commrades,activist are being used and lured only to achive their shelfis ideaology and put our nation into chaos. they only use the several issues in our nation to get sympaty and lure us in to communisim.

there are ways to stop them by not believing thier propaganda,dont vote the legal fronts of NDF,and best of all believe to the power of democracy

hi i'm satur killowa from davao del norte tagum city a student,and a anti communist , researcher in our school also internet savvy, blogger here as i mingle different people i found out my friend were killed by the reds also now i swarded revenge against them as i go on i receive treats from rebel group but still i will play "'catch me if you can"' you can haunt me but compromise your identity . as i interview the surrenders of the red rebel groups i pick their story and here both sides i personaly apriciates the help of jornalist, millitary officials, civilians, and rebel returnees . for their cooperation in this story

THE PATH OF DECEPTION
in the remote areas of tagum which were i used to leave in early days which we grow like an ordinary children playing , chanting with my friends in school . in those times rebels are roaming around in out towns ,they mingle with us. and the rumors i hear in my neighbors that they are evil until one they they called us and discuses the reform of our areas , failures of the government, roots of poverty. and they are friendly, polite, until they have been encourage us to to play with big boys toys,deal with the right wing also they indoctrinated us with their ideology and after we finish our lecture and open forums they allow us to go in our homes and play for how many days we have be with them we develop their believes and reality of life in our home land as we grow older and older we see poverty and hopeless to go with democracy we decided to come and join them in mountains,train hard, from physical to emotional training indulge our self in war and fearless face of life, killing innocent people for their personal grunge

TOTALLY DRAINED AND WASTED
A s days passing by we trained, fight, in remote areas with hardships,loneliness,triediness, around our comrades.we have been discussed about the battle situation, how to act during the times of battle ,and introduce us in their different units and assigned us in different squads after we lost our comrades we buried them in the area were no one knows and shout revenge from the government . but deep inside our organization lies insecurity,deception,discouragement from our leaders. but still we go on as we were appreciated our commanders for attacking, treachery,and turning hell into governments and civilian lives and property. we backlash the prosperity of the area turn them into no mans land,and war torn area's, solicitations for sympathizers . and turning green ,golden mountains into red grave yards . I tell to my comrades why are we doing this is this all about what we are fighting for, this the price of true freedom or a trap for our countrymen .why still the squad leader tell me son freedom is going to be attained by this this is our only hope we can see this after we succeed the peoples war and sucked the mind of our nation as we liberated them . Still it was a question for me .

TRUE COLORS
It was the time that is feel insecure to this jobs a premonition to my comrades and countrymen i hope god give grace to full recovery to those victims and impersonators of my organization . everything is been sealed with limitations bounded by secrecy,hardships i hope that those remain in the left wing realized the true color of this tained movement and give up and ease the pain. those people who are there are sick by the vintage idealogy, piosoned by
impersonators who for power,fame, money. just to feel the personal satisfaction. they lure us into trap doors and seal everythig from tip to toe. i stil hope that they go out and lower thier arms .

PRELUDE TO ENLIGTHENMENT
A diccision that i made were been hamered for many reasons, here they are :
1 personal security
2 adoptability
3 stability
still i was 50-50 and in the stage were we are underfire from barrage of mortars, artilery fire
my comrades were in deep touble . my platoon leader were left them and tell me " they are useless now just go" now that was demoralized me next is the murder of my comrades by our own organizations then the thrid one is extorting,harasing, killing the civilians who are not our side . that time i planed to become in active but then i was transfed to SYP we were asigned to post placards,extort,collects taxes, provide information for activist,civilians and government personels . making online campgain,soliciatations. we withdraw it in varios banks. provided with forged identies , fictios acounts, orgainizations to fuel our movement . but i found it out that some of the money were been use for our leaders just for thier personal use . then decieded to inactive but still i got my M14,paraordianace cal.45 . then i lay down my arms and give me a key to a new prosperous life.without ristrictions, hardships they gave me freedom from ruthles life some how i compared it's nice to be free than go in to sealed world of communisim
i realized how democracy works even its bound of chalenges still i love democracy i fell peace, prosperity,stability in my part .

LAST WILL TO MY COMRADES
